We hear this on most first calls, and it's a fair question. Most agency relationships go wrong in the same two places: the agency scales what looks good instead of what sold, and the client never sees what's actually happening in the account. We do both of those differently. We have been around in this space for years, we know what works and how to make it work. Every ad, page and email is built and tested before and you have access to your own ad accounts and dashboards from day one. There's no long contract, either. If the numbers don't hold up, you can leave. That's a lot more pressure on us than a twelve month agreement would be, and it's how we'd want it if we were the client.
Our fee and your ad spend are 2 separate things. Ad spend is always paid by you, directly to Meta, Google, TikTok or LinkedIn, in your own account. We never take a percentage of it and we never hold it. Our management fee is a flat monthly retainer, scoped to what your business actually needs, so we don't publish a price list. You'll get a written proposal with the scope, the fee and the timeline before anything starts, and we'll tell you plainly on the call if your budget isn't big enough yet for paid ads to make sense. We also have payment plans and various options for fixed fee + commissions.
Both, and we've been doing it for 15 years across the US and the UK. On the ecommerce side we work with DTC brands in beauty, skincare, supplements, fashion and home, mostly on Shopify. On the lead generation side we work with medical spas, dental clinics, coaches, real estate and home services like plumbing, roofing and solar. The method is the same for all of them. What changes is the offer, the platform mix and what we count as a result: a purchase for a brand, a booked appointment for a clinic.
The account is yours. It stays in your name, under your business manager, and we work inside it as a partner. You can log in any time and see every campaign, every ad and every dollar. The monthly report we send is pulled straight from the account, not written up afterwards, so anything in it is something you can check yourself in two clicks. If you ever stop working with us, you keep everything: the account, the pixel, the audiences and the history. We think this should be standard. It mostly isn't, which is why we say it out loud.
Here is the honest version. Week one is the audit and the plan. Campaigns are usually live inside the first week. The first three to four weeks after launch are testing, which means small budgets and a lot of learning, so the numbers in that window are not the numbers you should judge us on. By the end of month two you'll have a clear cost per purchase or cost per booked appointment and we'll both know whether to scale. Anyone promising results in the first two weeks is either guessing or spending your money too fast to learn anything. We'd rather be right in month three than loud in week two.
