The Swift Marketer LLC. Last updated 6 October 2026.
This privacy policy explains what personal information The Swift Marketer LLC collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to theswiftmarketer.com, our social media pages, the forms and downloads we offer, and any contact you have with us by email, phone or message.
The Swift Marketer LLC is a growth marketing firm registered in Sheridan, Wyoming, USA, working with clients globally. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean The Swift Marketer LLC. "You" means anyone who visits our website, contacts us, downloads a resource, or works with us as a client or prospective client.
If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area, we are the data controller for the personal information described here. If you have any questions, contact details are at the end of this policy.
We collect three kinds of information: what you give us, what our website collects automatically, and what we receive from the tools and platforms we work with.
We use your information to run our business, respond to you, and deliver the services you ask for. We do not sell your personal information.
| What we do | The information we use | Our legal basis (UK and EU) |
|---|---|---|
| Reply to your enquiry and book calls | Contact details, your message | Legitimate interest, or steps before a contract |
| Deliver free resources you request | Name, email | Performance of a contract, consent |
| Send marketing emails and updates | Name, email, engagement data | Consent, or legitimate interest for business contacts |
| Provide services to clients | Account access, business data, contact details | Performance of a contract |
| Take payment and keep accounts | Billing details, transaction records | Performance of a contract, legal obligation |
| Run and measure our own advertising | Cookie and pixel data, platform data | Consent for cookies, legitimate interest |
| Improve the website and our services | Usage and technical data | Legitimate interest |
| Business to business outreach | Business contact details | Legitimate interest |
| Meet legal requirements and protect our business | Any relevant records | Legal obligation, legitimate interest |
Where we rely on legitimate interest, we have checked that our use of the information does not override your rights. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time by following the instructions in the marketing section or contacting us.
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to make the site work, understand how it is used, and measure our own advertising.
When you first visit from the UK or the EEA, you will see a cookie banner where you can accept or reject non necessary cookies. You can change your choice at any time through the cookie settings link in the footer. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as intended.
The platforms we use publish their own privacy information: Meta, Google, TikTok and LinkedIn.
If you download a resource, sign up for our emails, or make an enquiry, we may send you emails about our services, offers and content that we think will be useful. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also opt out at any time by emailing hello@theswiftmarketer.com, and we will stop within ten working days.
For business to business outreach, we may contact people at companies we believe could benefit from our services, using business contact details. Every such email identifies us, includes our postal address and gives you a simple way to say no. If you ask us not to contact you again, we will add you to our suppression list so you are not contacted in future.
We do not send marketing text messages unless you have asked us to. Service messages, such as a booking confirmation or an invoice, are not marketing and will continue while we work together.
We share personal information only where we need to in order to run the business and deliver our services. We never sell it and we never share it with other companies for their own marketing.
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purpose we collected it, or as long as the law requires.
| Information | How long we keep it |
|---|---|
| Enquiries that do not become clients | 24 months from last contact |
| Email subscribers | Until you unsubscribe, then on a suppression list so we do not email you again |
| Client records and work files | For the length of the contract and 7 years after, for tax and legal purposes |
| Payment and invoice records | 7 years, as required by tax law |
| Website analytics | Up to 26 months |
| Business outreach contacts | 12 months from last contact, unless you ask to be removed sooner |
We protect your information with access controls, two factor authentication on our accounts, encrypted connections and limits on who inside the team can see what. No system is completely secure, so we cannot promise that information will never be accessed without authorisation, but we take reasonable steps to prevent it and we will tell you and the relevant authorities if a breach affects you as the law requires.
You have rights over your personal information. Which ones apply depends on where you live, but we will honour these for everyone where we reasonably can.
If you are in the United States. Residents of states with privacy laws, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and others, have rights to access, delete and correct their information and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information. You can opt out of advertising cookies through the cookie settings on our website. We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.
If you are in the UK or the EEA. You have the rights above under the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority. In the UK this is the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the chance to resolve your concern first.
How to exercise your rights. Email hello@theswiftmarketer.com with your request and enough detail for us to find your information. We may ask you to confirm your identity. We will respond within 30 days, or within 45 days where US state law allows, and will tell you if we need longer. Exercising your rights is free unless a request is clearly excessive.
We are based in the United States and have team members and service providers in other countries. This means your information may be processed outside the country where you live.
Where we transfer information from the UK or the EEA to a country without an adequacy decision, we use safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, together with practical measures like access controls and encryption. You can ask us for details of the safeguards that apply to your information.
Children. Our website and services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Third party links. Our website and emails link to other sites, including social media, scheduling tools and resources we recommend. Those sites have their own privacy policies and we are not responsible for how they handle your information.
Changes to this policy. We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will tell existing clients and subscribers by email. Continuing to use our website or services after a change means you accept the updated policy.
